Stop the presses!
Disney’s Newsies Jr is the rousing tale of charismatic band of teenaged newspaper hawkers (“newsies”). When the titans of publishing raise distribution prices at the newsies’ expense, they rally others from across the city to strike against the unfair conditions and fight for what’s right!
This Disney film turned Tony-winning Broadway hit inspires everyone to fight for what’s right and seize the day. With spectacular choreography and tons of exciting lead roles for everyone, Newsies is pure energy and fun!
Based on the 1992 motion picture and inspired by a true story, Newsies features the now classic songs “Carrying the Banner,” “Seize the Day,” and “Santa Fe.”
Newsies is packed with non-stop thrills and a timeless message, perfect for the whole family and every audience.
It’s time to carry the banner on our stage!
